Professor Huangyadong, who is the founder and chief scientist of Tyran, is the doctoral supervisor of Jinan University. Professor Huang is the vice-president of Jinan University Biopharmaceutical R&D Center and the director of Guangdong Key Laboratory of Bioengineering Medicine. He has been selected into the New Century Talent Program of the ministry of education, and he is the distinguished professor of pearl river scholars program of guangdong province, and the leading talent of science and technology innovation of the Special Support Program of Guangdong province. Professor Huang has engaged himself into doing R&D of recombinant protein and peptide drugs and related biological products. He has made outstanding achievements in drug development and cosmeceutical product development represented by cell growth factor. He has first completed the research and development of two new class I drugs and two new biological drugs, one genetically modified biological product and one national class III drug device, and successfully transformed them.

In recent years, professor Huang Yadong has published more than 130 scientific research papers, including more than 80 SCI international papers. Professor Huang participated in compiling 3 books and presided over or participated in more than 30 national, provincial and ministerial level projects; Furthermore, professor Huang applied for more than 30 invention patents and obtained 20 patent authorizations, including one international patent.Won the second prize of national technological invention, the first prize of science and technology progress of the Ministry of Education and other 14 provincial or ministerial level awards.
